Hi I’m Jessica and I miss my boyfriend and I really just want to be in his arms, and kiss him, and lay in bed and do absolutely nothing all day.
- Me: goes to target looking for a dress
- Me: ends up buying 3 sports bras
Sometimes I get discouraged because it was only 2 months ago that I was able to run 12 miles at a 7:44 pace and now I’m struggling to get in a few miles at 8:30 pace. I know that it’s consistency that will get me back to where I was. Being in that walking boot and then just being lazy from end of the year stress really affected my running.
But on the bright side, it will be really cool to document how long it takes me to get back to where I was just 9 short weeks ago :) I can do it! I will work hard every day to show my coach, and myself, how great of a runner I can be :D
I miss my man :( 4 weeks till I see him again

Stop me from eating healthy
Stop me from keeping my obligations (like class or work)
Stop me from hanging out with friends
Stop me from being myself
I just think it’s really important to not let my the person you’re with change who you are. They are a special ADDITION to your life and shouldn’t get in the way of who you were before the relationship. However, sometimes these are special circumstances where your bf/gf comes first :)

Watching girl code and they’re talking about snooping through someone’s phone and I’m like yeah that’s how I found out my ex was talking to another girl.
Got this right after my last post… Sigh, I’m totally whipped
I already miss Ben so much.. And I don’t know what to do with my time right now. I can only watch so much Netflix and run for so many minutes and waste time waiting to get a job, friends to get home, and start summer school.
Excited because I actually have plans for tomorrow :) First going to wake up early and workout, then it’s off to the Mother’s Day Brunch at CBU with my daddy and grandparents (my mom is with her mom in Arizona) and then going job hunting with my soon to be sister in law (just for summer work) and then we’re going to see The Great Gatsby :)
My 5 week challenge to get ready for events going on in June! 5 weeks, 5 guidelines. These are the main things I’m going to focus on, along with a clean diet! I can do it and so can you :) starts tomorrow and goes till June 15th where phases 2 of my summer plan will start. More updates on workouts and vegan eats I’ll be enjoying the next 5 weeks! Also will upload progress pictures during my journey ^_^ can’t wait to see some major changes!
I never really understood DOMS until I decided to do 100 squats holding 2 15 lb. dumbbells (keep in mind I’m a distance runner and don’t normally do too much weight training)

So Ben and I weren’t sure when we would get to see each other over summer since were almost 500 miles apart for the next 3 months, BUT he is coming down here sometime in June and we’re going to go to Disneyland and then his mom invited me to go with him to a wedding in July :) And I’m going up to see him once or twice so it’s nice to know I’ll see him once every few weeks :)
Guys I’m really sad because its my last night with Ben and I have to say goodbye tomorrow. But at the same time I’m so happy because I found someone who cares about me so so much and makes me happy. :) I know our relationship will last over summer and we can continue it next year and keep growing stronger :’) seriously, I feel so lucky to have him.
