I adopted a vegan diet at the start of 2013 and have no intentions of going back. Another thing you should know is I am a competitive runner. I'm on my school's crosscountry team. Workout Wednesday! Okay I work out everyday pretty much&#8230;but today was track day! And because I didn&#8217;t wake up early and go with my teammates, I had to challenge myself and do this on my own. It&#8217;s a lot harder than it looks/sounds.
I was pleasantly surprised that I improved my times in the second set! Usually, if I&#8217;m by myself, I slow down or don&#8217;t do the whole workout. But today I worked through the negative thoughts and pushed myself! :)

I used the mapmyrun app on my phone today and these were the splits for my run :) I&#8217;m pleasantly surprised that I am able to keep such a consistent pace! Also that I was able to do my last mile 20 seconds faster than the rest :D
First day back into it and I&#8217;m kinda happy with how it&#8217;s going :)
