
Good morning abs ^_^ and this is after my 40 oz breakfast smoothie
People ask me what I do to get my “abs” and I always have the same answer
Your abs won’t show unless you lose fat. You can do all the crunches and planks in the world (your core will get stronger, yes), they still won’t magically appear unless that last layer of fat is gone. I happen to be a pear shape so I carry most of my weight in my butt and thighs so it’s easier for me to have my abs appear because of this. Also I have a pretty low sodium intake, I drink plenty of water, and I eat clean. The quote “Abs are made in the kitchen” really is true. For 99% of the population, you can’t get away with eating junk food and expect to have a 6-pack or whatever pack you’re striving for.
So get your workouts in, eat clean, drink water, keep the sodium intake down and someday your abs will come creeping out and you’ll be like


MY 8 MINUTE AB ROUTINE FOR EVERYONE ASKING. Same one I’ve been following for the past 6 months off and on. You’re not going to magically get abs though just by doing this. Abs appear when you lose fat from your midsection, that’s how they appear. So cardio and nutrition are EXTREMELY important.
