And it didn’t make me gain weight either! I think you just have to talk with your doctor and find the right one that will work for you :) I was lucky that the first one I tried worked well for me! I know some people who through multiple kinds before they find the right one for them. My favorites are bananas, mangos, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe, oranges, apples, tomatoes I guess are technically fruit… And then veggies I love avocado, kale, spinach, carrots, butter lettuce, romaine lettuce, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and onions.&lt;/p&gt;
