5’8” and somewhere around 130 pounds. I don’t weigh myself very often and don’t pay attention to the number on the scale.

How many calories do you eat a day?
I don’t count calories much anymore, but I roughly eat 1,800-2,400. It really depends on how much physical activity I do. If I have a rest day I’ll stay around 1,600 but on days I’m really active I need over 2,000 calories.
“I’ve never ran/I tried to run but I get tired really quickly! How do I get into running?”
This program will work you up to running 30 minutes without stopping in the course of 10 weeks, and you only have to run 3 times a week! On the other days I suggest doing some strength training.

I’m sorry but this is my blog and I operate and design it how I want. If you don’t like what I post, then don’t follow me. Sure I find inspiration from other fitblr’s, but so do SO many other blogs. If someone wanted their layout to look like mine, I would have no problem helping them! And if those blogs you say I “coped” have a problem with it, then they can tell me.
All I want is for my blog to be a positive place for people to visit, and I won’t accept people criticizing me (or my fellow fitblr’s) for being who I am and doing what I love.
